Shipping costs are provided at the time of the order depending on the location products are being shipped. Our goal is to provide you with the quickest, reliable, and cost-effective option possible. Pickup is also available free of charge.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BBailey Designs. However, due to the fact that items are customized, returns and exchanges will not be accepted unless there is a printing/manufacturing error.
